3. Review Eligibility Requirements:
Review eligibility criteria for the programs and the income limits to see if you qualify.

Updates:You will receive communication by mail to notify you when you have come to the top of a list. Failure to respond to BHA communications may result in removal from the waiting list. You must update the BHA each time you have a change in your application or contact information.
